Where duplicate accounts are identified, bigbunny reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or bonus funds held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bigbunny account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bigbunny will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. bigbunny accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. Deposits are credited to your bigbunny wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. bigbunny does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. bigbunny does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. bigbunny processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 1 to 3 hours under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours during Philippine banking hours.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. bigbunny does not charge fees on standard withdrawal requests. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees, for which bigbunny accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable AML regulations. bigbunny will communicate the reason for any withdrawal delay to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.
All transactions on the bigbunny Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a player deposits using a foreign currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. bigbunny is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bigbunny Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bigbunny will endeavor to complete its investigation within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the affected player. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds will be released.
You may request the closure of your bigbunny account at any time by contacting bigbunny customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

bigbunny's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bigbunny account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bigbunny does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bigbunny will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but accepts no liability for downtime caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
